About this programme

Construction workers face a suicide rate 3.7x the national average. This programme addresses the root causes — unmanaged stress, cultural barriers to help-seeking, and limited access to mental health tools on site.

Each talk runs 10-15 minutes, links to the Ownminder app for ongoing practice, and delivers documented CCLA 2025 Q26 evidence through the attendance declaration on every handout.
